Abdolutely horrible experience. Everytime I go to this place. Its always something. Last time I was here, I was pricked incorrectly (again) n bruised for over a week. Seems like they are constantly hiring n theyre in training. Yesterday I unfortunetly decided to give them another shot. Starting off not too bad of a waiting process. However, once I was walked to the back, the young lady who assisted me had me take a seat. Im not sure if she had something against me or what the problem was but I watched 3 people who walked in after me be helped n hooked up. I watched the same young lady walk away from me multiple times n watched as she engaged with a young man for about 20 minutes who had walked in AFTER me before she came back to finally hook me up. My machine was beeping n reading no flow the entire time, no one came to check on me. This was my 6th donation which was supposed to be $100. After leaving the facility, I stopped to withdraw and to my suprise there was only $40 deposited. I called immediately after realizing this n no answer. Ive left 2 voicemails as of right now and no one has returned my call. I will NOT be returning to this location. I will be filing a complaunt with the BBB as this was false advertising. I was told my donation would be $100. No one ever advised it would be $40. Please PLEASE keep your plasma. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I love coming here. It's clean. it's fast. Super friendly. I like watching the training going on the last that does the training is so thorough and professional. If I were doing this I would be thrilled to have her as a mentor. I used to come for the money but now I come for the people and environment.

They have multiple lines and are on the phone with another customer if they are not answering. It can be hard to get through but keep trying.

Make sure you bring valid ID, social security, and a piece of mail proving your residency. If it's your first time donating, you get $75 for your first two visits and get $50 for your 3rd, 4th &5th donation. After that it goes to it's regular pay out of 20$ & $35 each week. You can only donate twice in a week. And after your first big buck donations, you can start earning other little bonuses, like donating 5 times in a month gets you an extra $25, and donating 6 times in a month gets you an extra $50. Yes, you can use your lease as proof of current address. Any current mail must be the original copy, it cannot be printed by you (if you are enrolled in paperless billing, for example).
Is there a web site a person can go to or another number besides the number you get from Google to make a appointment on the weekends? Or must you call m-f to make a appointment for the weekends? I'm asking because I live 17 miles one way and don't get the best gas mileage on my truck and it very aggravating when you call a place of Business that you know is open and it just rings,I know you have enough staff that isn't working every second of their shift,that some one can answer the phone,answer some questions,make appointment for the weekends,and listen to a few folks complain.(wow I just created a job opening)LoL Thanks for your time, I can say everyone I've met working there has been very nice so far Lily

Yes, like Roselinda said, there has to be a day in between ur donations, and u can only donate 2x per week. So, if u haven't donated previously in the week, then u can go Fri and then again on Sun.
I think they stopped giving out the express passes. And you can literally walk in in the last 10 mins of the day and they'll still be doors unlocked since you're a regular donor, unless it's been like a long time since your last visit, then you might have to be rescreened and updated physical.

For first time I would HIGHLY recomend going Tuesday Wednesday or Thursdays when they open wait is minimal and you will be in and out within 3 hours Make sure to eat plenty of protein eat 2-5eggs depending on height weight ratio and drink plenty of water! If you go any other time after 11am you are looking at 6 hours or longer.

The best time to get there is when they open the worst is late morning to afternoon. Drink plenty of watter and consume a protien based meal( eggs is ideal.)

You have to do a kind of lengthy medical background questionnaire, have to get a quick physical/check up (nothing extensive just checking things like ears nose breathing and a urine hydration test) and then once that's all done you have to wait to get called into the back to get hooked up to a machine, which the machine takes anywhere from 30 mins to an hour and 30 mins depending on your body type.
Try and go first thing in the morning, that way it's a lot quicker, if you show up after 8-9am, expect to be there for 5-6 hours.
You can walk In best time to go is in the morning because you will be there at at least 4 hours first time.
When I was in Az I think they played $75 first 2 donation and I think they want state id, ssi card,mail with address but they might not ask for a mail but call them and make sure I been gone from there almost 2 months
