Would my id and a W2 form with my ss# on it work? and i haven't been there in almost a year and lost my pay card. But would i get the same pay as a new donor? And lastly do i have to get there before 8am to do a walk in and not have to set an appt?

You I.D and ssc will be enough, after not being there for six months you will receive new donor pay. Not sure if they will give you a new card then or mail it to you.

They may have a old donor number, you will be considered a new donor after not going for 6 months, yes u will get new donor pay....
