The plumbing in McDonald was messed up. Glendale dental refused to let my THREE year Old daughter use the bathroom, even though she said she was about to have an accident. They said sorry, customers ONLY. It's policy. So, if you are looking for a place that is family friendly and cares about people, DON'T GO HERE.

My husband came out of this place in PAIN. He had a root canal and the dentist told him if he felt anything to let him know. My husband started feeling pain and he completely ignored my husband. His helper held him down tighter. Why they couldn't give him more numbing stuff? Idk but that's horrifying. Horrible place.

The lady at the front desk should improve on communication skills. Screening process for possible covid patients, figuring out what patients are up to date on covid vaccinations and what patients are often tested..maybe providing an option to patients to get tested before procedure would be helpful so that all patients can get the treatment they need..otherwise they will loose business..people will go elsewhere which is exactly what I did..needs to improve..
