Hello! For about 6 months I had been struggling with disrespect and rude service from a different apartment complex that we originally wanted to apply to, not even because we liked the complex but because it was convenient, and after a while I got exhausted and chose to find a new complex to apply to. I found Center Point Apartment Homes on Google, and looked it up on Google Maps to see how convenient it was to live there. That same day I went to go see where the complex was and what it looked like. As soon as I got there I decided to go inside and find out some information on 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartments. The woman that was there was genuinely the sweetest person that I have ever met, at a complex. She got everything prepared for me and took me to this desk and showed me every apartment available to lease and helped me with minimal details and answered every question I had. After 6 months of stress I had finally received some ounce of respect and most importantly, answers to questions that I had. This is my first time moving out of my parents home and living with my significant other. Truthfully, this was a great experience for me. We submitted the application for the apartment we wanted a day after that day, and everything got approved no more than a couple days after. After that, we signed our lease and since then, have started getting everything set up to move-in this Thursday. We are really excited as well! Nothing but good reviews for Center Point!

New applying customers BEWARE. Center Point Apartments offers a service to new clients that I can only describe as rude and terrible. PLEASE CONTINUE READING. Our application process started on March 13th and applied. Our tour was scheduled on March 18th. Despite the fact that we verbally closed the deal the same day, the Application Fee was paid on March 21st and the Rental Criteria Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy was signed the same day, we had to email them on March 24th since que never heard back from them. My partner is American, but I was taking charge of the application. I’m a Legal Resident Alien so they asked for my past 4 weeks’ worth check stubs, a photo ID and social security card, which I sent. Later, they asked for my valid passport, my valid VISA, and my valid I-94. Since the I-94 took time to retrieve from the US CBP site, the application was denied on March 30th because I failed to send it by March 29th. After a couple of emails and with them acknowledging the poorly managed situation, our application was reinstated on March 30th with the promise of reaching out the next day (March 31st). However, they never sent any email nor a telephone call, so I had to reach them again on April 1st. Finally, I received an email on April 12th stating that we were finally accepted. The next day and by phone, we agreed that our moving date will be on April 19th. I had a medical emergency and needed to be hospitalized from April 13th to April 18th and had weeks of recovering. Without hearing my instructions that if I should not answer my email or phone, they needed to contact my partner. They never did. Only after contacting them on April 28th, I was aware that they unilaterally cancelled the lease (note: our application was accepted BUT our leasing was cancelled) and we lost the unit that we selected. Since I was recovering, my girlfriend took over and after practically begging, she managed the company to apologize and schedule a new tour for a different unit for May 6th at 2 pm. It’s worth noticing that only after they started talking to an American, things went more expedite. After 25 minutes on an Uber ride, I was received by a handwritten sign on the Office’s door that said the office was closed until 3 pm. After 50 minutes of waiting sitting outside the office, I was surprised to hear that they could not show me the apartment since their system was down. We didn’t receive any call to tell us not to attend the appointment, so we jumped on an Uber to go back home. I sent an email to the company today complaining about this rude and abusive and mistreatment, asking for a reimbursement on our application fee, since per their terms this fee is lost only when the application is REJECTED, which is not the case (remember, the lease was cancelled but the application accepted… weird). Hope I’ll get it as soon as possible. New customers, please beware of Center Point Apartments. Have a good day y’all.

How does a property manager get away with ignoring MOLD in an apartment??? For over a year, and nothing has been done to rectify the situation but they sure raised my rent $110 to renew and said they would be scheduling a vendor to take a look . Months went by before that even happened, and then went on as if they didn't receive any feedback or work order from said vendor!!! How is this legal??? My niece also lives on the property and she had a major water leak emergency and they did not respond until almost 12hrs later! And still haven't fixed her ceiling. They say anything to get you to shut up and not complain. So they never have to follow up! Leaving as soon as i can

I use to live in these apartments years ago. I went by today to take a look. I could not believe how run down the apartments had become. They use to be luxury apartments. The buildings were dirty and well worn. Definitely needing updates. Alot of the residence blinds were broken and damaged in the windows. That white fence in the back needed to be torn down. Wow what a difference.!! I should have known better when I saw all the gates open! 👎🏽👎🏽
