Brenden, the manager, made “it” happen. “It” being all the things. I’ve had to change storage companies and locations multiple times. I was not looking forward to it again. Brenden took the time to listen to my concerns and we were able to find a solution. The facility is clean, always a cart available. I love that my unit is climate controlled and that access is so simple. Do yourself the favor and start your storage journey with this location rather than ending up here. The main reason for my stay at storquest is the price! I’m now paying a quarter of the price I was paying with cubesmart! I’m happy with the climate controlled environment and security cameras at the facility as well. Brenden was a pleasure to work with filling out my initial paperwork. He was very knowledgeable about the facility and company and was thorough in answering my questions. Especially considering that he didn’t seem to have help on a Saturday, I watched him be accommodating to all of the customers needs with a positive attitude.
