Spent just under $20 for this box and when we got back to pack we noticed that this is what they sold us. I immediately called. Couldn't speak with a human had to leave a message. Didn't get a call back for hours and then was told pictures weren't allowed to support refund. All I was asking for was a 50% credit since it really isn't up to quality. We also rented a UHAUL from them that was filthy inside.....never even swept out. Never again!!!!! If you use this facility, be certain to be prepared for a less than professional experience

Lady up front was nice and super helpful. Fast and painless process. Truck back could be a little cleaner but I understand with the snow craziness we had it would be hard to keep up when all the moves shifted. Otherwise would use this location again.

Fast friendly service. Had to make a last minute change to my rental. No problem at all. Would rent from them again.
