Just put my merchandise back and walked out. When I'm back in the KOP area I always come here for sweet treats. But today the lady working told us there is a buy one get one free deal. We said, "thanks!" We browsed and wasn't sure what the buy one get one free deal applied to, so I asked her to confirm what candy I could get. She replied snarkily, "Look around." I thought at first she meant all the candy. But then she said, "Uh no, look at the signs? I showed you when you walked in." And she walked away. Um...what kind of customer service is that? That was beyond rude. That's literally your job, it was an empty store, and I was asking politely to confirm something, since we were browsing when she initially approached us. Years of patronage and support when my military duty brings me back to Philly....but that was so insulting that I can never support this place again. Get new staff, because I don't think there's a large run on luxury candy these days. We don't need sour employees driving them away.

Had a terrible experience. Drove an hour for my daughter’s birthday, and the sign on the door said it was closing early at 8:00. It was 7:45 and the door was already locked. We explained how far we came and promised we wouldn’t be long. They allowed us in, but were insanely rude. The manager informed us rudely that she had the flu and wanted to leave early (as she handled our items from the case). The girl working with her shook her head at me the whole time and slammed my items as she rang them up. A few others tried to come in since the door was open and she yelled “I’m setting a timer and kicking everyone out.” Needless to say, we will never return.

Very Expensive but a nice range of items

This candy store was very nice. Had a great vibe and was very well taken care of. I bought a few unique sodas and they were reasonably priced. Probably the coolest part was that they had dedicated sections for regions of the world. Edit: came back a year later and not only was everything insanely expensive, but the unique soda selection was all but gone. I really liked all the crazy flavors of soda that they originally had but it's mostly just your standard flavors now.
