I stopped into this store recently to cancel a phone line that I had recently added for my mother. Unfortunately she passed away within a month and we no longer needed the phone. We stopped by the Verizon store in Montgomeryville ( where we purchased the phone) was was told we needed a death certificate to cancel the line. Ok, no problem with that request. We were in King of Prussia and stopped by that store with death certificate in hand to cancel the service. The gentleman that greeted us and asked what type of service we needed was extremely rude. We explained what we needed and was told “I can’t help you, you must do this online”. There was no sympathy, compassion, or help what so ever. As we explained what the Montgomeryville store had told us, he shrugged his shoulders and said he would get the manager. The manager, Michael, was totally opposite and went out of his way to help. He also gave us credit for the unused month of service. Michael was sympathetic and kind. Fortunately, Michael stepped in and helped, otherwise, I would give this store one star.

Had a long drawn out experience here, but our salesperson Donta Branch was super helpful! He was so patient with us and even after many hours, took the time to answer any questions and go through our final plan with us. He was so thorough and we could not have asked for a better customer service professional!
