The hotel really needs an upgrade. Stuff is ripped, torn, etc. My bedspread even had holes in it. The chair pictured is in the lobby & you should see the one behind the counter. They have not bothered opening the business center & gym since COVID yet they have continental breakfast. Got in the elevator & it looks like some one took a hammer and jigsaw and went to town on the walls. Not a good impression. Also NO USB ports in the rooms & the TV would not play anything I tried including just the TV channels. For over a $100 a night it's a very bad choice.

Positive: I would have given this place a much better rating except for the tv situation. They have Roku tvs in the room. When I checked in, mine didn¿t work and it wasn¿t connect to the internet. When I called to the front desk, they acted like they could ca Negative: It eventually got fixed the next day. The housekeeping staff was great though.

Would give zero stars if I could. We walked into the room and immediately turned around. Smells weird. Rickety elevator. Felt unclean and unsafe. People in lobby and hallways had drug injection wounds and weird behavior. Do not stay here. They almost refused to refund us.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel as opposed to the Motel 6 because of the advertised breakfast. I wish we had saved our money and stayed at the Motel 6. There was absolutely No breakfast offered they said because of COVID but if they aren't offering breakfast they need to stop advertising it. I rode in the elevator and it was the scariest thing I've ever done. I was convinced it was going to crash. They also charged a $100 deposit even though we paid with card and instead of putting the amount on hold and then releasing the funds we were charged and now we are waiting for it to be returned. We also couldn't walk the halls without smelling cigarette smoke and we stayed in a no smoking area. We will never stay at this hotel again and would Never suggest it to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and Do Not Stay Here!
