Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff at front desk were super helpful and nice...sorry I didn't get names for kudos. However, if you require flexibility in your travel, this is not the hotel for you. With TWO Diamond members in our room we requested a late check out (1:30, so not real late & late check out is a perk of Honors Diamond) and staff refused saying GM policy was $50 extra for anything post noon. So, not flexible nor accommodating. There are 10 other hotels nearby including a Hilton if you require flexibility. We 'rolled' with it but will stay elsewhere where they honor loyalty within Hilton Honors. The 'stars' are for staff and 'deductions' GM. the Must compliment the staff again but not hotel 'policies'.

What a beautiful place!!! I loved walking into the lobby, and seeing how big and beautiful it looked. The employees there were all so kind, and took wonderful care of us! We stayed for our birthdays this past week, and we will most definitely be staying again!! Our room was huge, the bed and pillows were so soft and comfortable. It was so fun to get away for a bit, and be able to relax here. Thank you guys so much for the amazing experience.

Wow. Amazing location and so beautiful. Perfect place to stay for a night. The room is smaller than most modern rooms and the layout was aged. The walls are VERY thin and the parking lot behind the Peery was quite loud. There is no parking either. The bed though, was amazing. They use CO Bigelow products, so that was nice. The shower had amazing water pressure and gets lava hot. The staff was very friendly. They give you a voucher for breakfast next door. The breakfast was trash. The same food quality as a lower end Hilton. Small glass of milk was 3.50 and the service was just as bad. It's worth checking them out, once. But I wouldn't go back.

Had a great stay! Gorgeous old historic hotel and giant bathtub/rooms. King size bed with amazing supportive mattress. Lavender checked us in and was very helpful! Only thing I didn’t love was the booking process (was hard to get through to actual hotel staff)…ended up booking through Snap Travel bc hotel wouldn’t match the price.
