You would like to spend the night in a cardboard box rather than here. It will take you at least one hours to check you in at 2:36 Am although you are regular customer and have a reservation. All you can do during that one hour is standing outside of the door after a five hours flight. Last but not least, you will definitely get a wrong room. Wonderful night!

at 10pm a maintenance man came into my room to check the toilet. I get it they need to fix their toilets. But they shouldn't be trying to fix them at 10pm.. UPDATE! I was quoted a room for around $150 intially. However when I checked my bank account $239 was taken out. I was never emailed my receipt. I stay at Courtyards regularly and always have my receipt emailed to me. I called today to no avail. Without my receipt it became a "he said, she said" and I was unable to recover my money. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay overnight while waiting to catch a flight. Now I am miles away and out $100.

This was a very comfortable hotel to stay at after a long drive! The whole hotel had been renovated with all the modern amenities. The rooms very impeccable and very, very clean! The hotel was a brick building that had a story book style architecture. One surprise we encountered was that they have changed their pet policy about a week ago. Nevertheless, they honored it to us to accommodate out large dog. Since it is close to the airport, you could hear the airplanes taking off and landing quite loudly. But to compensate for that, they had a 'white noise' unit in the room that did a good job to help you get a good night's sleep. Most of all, what really stood out about this hotel was the lady at the front desk! Her name was Tracey. Wow!! This lady's welcoming attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to accommodate the guests was unlike any I've experienced! She setup a whole new 'high bar' as to how guests should be treated and welcomed! Truly amazing!

The hotel is a 7-minute drive to the airport and 15-20 minutes to downtown. The hotel is walking distance to one restaurant and there is the bistro in the lobby otherwise you’ll need a car. The hotel appears to be an older property that was recently updated. The staff was kind and got me checked in quickly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable as were the linens. The bathroom was clean as well and had a tub and shower combo. Other Amenities: - Free WiFi -Indoor pool and spa - Fitness room (Nice one) - Wet bar with microwave and mini fridge -Laundry room -Courtyard with fire pit -Gas Grill -Food trucks in the evening (certain days) -Airport shuttle -Paid breakfast or pay a little extra on the app for the package that includes breakfast. The hotel encouraged social distancing and has an optional mask policy for fully vaccinated guests and required a mask for unvaccinated guests.
