My family has bought two firearms over the years from Jackson Armory. I bought one for my wife and my wife bought one for me. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and generally decent folks. My wife can be tough to buy for, firearms-wise, but Doc helped me pick out the right gift. My wife bought my gift all by her self and she reported that they were helpful and treated her with respect. The only downside is that Saturdays they can be super busy.
