Called and asked about if my insurance was accepted (it was) but apparently they are not open due to remodeling then why have someone answering phones...could have put that on the website or in a phone message.

I was in the hospital. And released I went up there to get a release form to go back to work. I waited all day 6 hours and nothing. They tell me to come back tomorrow. So another day of pay gone. And I was going to go see my brother in Nashville, that day. Haven't seen him in years. They ruin that for me too. This is the worst walk-in clinic I've ever experienced. And this is not my first bad experience there. The lady at the front desk, needs to be fired. She seems like the type of person that would slap their kid for spilled milk.

DO NOT COME HERE. This place has absolutely no concept of customer service. They will allow you to sit & wait & then will tell you the doctor has gone for lunch. The nurse with long hair who covers during lunch is completely hateful and has no knowledge of resolving anything… The place lacks any organization and is a waste of time to go to. Go to a Physicians Care or any other Urgent care in the area.
