Literally not a single patient in the entire building but us... we checked in at 1:16.... & I ended up dismissing myself from the room at 2:40..because I was tired of waiting for my papers to tell me how to take cough medicine.

My last several trips have gotten progressively worse. My daughter did not get any kind of physical exam. The doctor did not listen to her breathing or look at her ears, nose or throat. I went, and they pretended to look at my throat and nose. She did listen to my breathe, but did not run a single test to check of Covid, flu or strep. My son went with my same symptoms, but worse, and they gave him a steroid shot, but didn’t call in his prescriptions.

I had a workers comp case that they are still sending me a sizable bill. Have had several conversations about the bill and was assured multiple time that i would be taken care of....i now have a bill that is in collections!! NOT OK. Please get your billing department working correctly! I am beyond upset especially after being told multiple times that is going to be taken care of next step is to get my lawyer involved!! MAKE IT RIGHT

They took the best care of my 5 year old when she woke up with a high fever and we couldn’t get an appointment with her pediatrician. I highly recommend. Staff was very loving and took excellent care of her.

If you don't have insurance, yes you'll pay out of pocket. Typically you'll pay a copay if you do have insurance. For COVID related issues there should be no charge.
