What type of insurance you have is the order in which you’re called back. I heard a nurse tell a patient that it didn’t matter how many people was here the insurance they have they’ll go before everyone. That was the first time we came a couple weeks ago. Doesn’t make any sense. Now multiple people have checked in AFTER us they’ve already been called back. So it seems she was accurate in saying that. Goes to show they really “care” about their patients. As I type this a patient was told it was about a 2 hr wait. She says but I have blah blah insurance. The lady at the desk says ok.

The staff ia great! The doctors are very knowledgeable and always takes the time to listen to you. Dr.Smith is my absolute favorite doctor here and the main reason we choose this facility.
