Very nice clean room in downtown location next to Utah Jazz arena. King bed is spacious but pull out sofa was not a queen size as promised, more like a twin and a half. Great location for downtown sights but paid extra $20 for parking. Overall recommended by the Captain.

Moved across the country and it was the worst travel ever and while waiting for our place to be available we had to stay at a hotel for the night. We looked online and they advertised parking and after our 45 hour journey we arrive and the truck wouldn’t fit in parking. So, we didn’t even get to check in/stay, the staff was rude and told us to figure it out ourselves, and there seems to be no management because when I call to ask about any sort of refund nobody answers the phone. I’ll be reaching back out to corporate. What does a billion dollar company need with my one night hotel money…do better

Awesome location, clean rooms, nice beds, Tea Tree shampoo and body wash in shower, immediate hot water, heat water pressure and amazing shower heads, comfy beds, quiet rooms. Nice indoor pool and spa. They just don't have a complimentary breakfast, so keep that in mind.

I stayed at this courtyard a week ago and had an issue and still haven’t heard from a manager. I didn’t realize til the next morning of my stay that the shower had not been cleaned, complete with a lot of hair and a used hand towel. There was also dried lotion on the sink, which made me wonder if that had not been cleaned either. I told the front desk when I checked out and showed her pictures and I asked her to tell the manager, he was not in at the time. 3 days after with not hearing from management, I called and left a voicemail. It’s been 6 days without any contact from management to try and rectify this situation. Accidents happen, but I’m more disappointed that management doesn’t care enough to reach out to a customer to rectify a poor experience. I travel to SLC often for work and I will be choosing a different hotel from now on.

There is a paid parking garage behind the hotel that they will allow you to use free of charge. This parking garage is open to the public and can be difficult to park in if there is a public event occurring nearby.
If call the hotel and ask. It's more of a business hotel, so I'd say probably not... But your never know unless you ask.
No, not run by the hotel. There is a SLC airport shuttle service that is available for a fee. Uber or Lyft will also get you there for around $14. The Courtyard closest to the airport does have a free shuttle.
No, but the train is a block away and that will take you directly to the airport!
