I think this is the only time that I have been disappointed enough to leave a bad review on anything. This place is absolutely the worst. No one is ever in the office during office hours when you call or even stop by. If a package arrives and is dropped off with them, they do not tell you, and it can take weeks (literally!) to hear back from them about it. One person will tell you one thing, then another staff member will tell you another--it is almost impossible to get accurate information. For example, I was told that I could have my utilities shut off on the day that I turned my keys in. I contacted Xcel and FC utilities and let them know my stop date. A week later, I got an email going out to all residents saying that utilities must shut off on the last day of your lease, regardless of when you move out. Now I'm being told that "sorry, you were given wrong information, you need to change the date." This kind of stuff happens constantly. On top of all the issues with the office staff, the pool is never cleaned. It constantly has leaves, bugs, dirt, etc. covering the bottom and top of the pool. It's disgusting. If you have an issue and need maintenance, be prepared to wait weeks to hear back. Again, I am not someone who complains about the little things. I understand that things can be slow and can be patient and reasonable, but I have never experienced a more poorly ran company. I cannot believe they are charging what they are. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

Don't think twice about this complex just sign! Over the 2 years of living at the trails we (My wife and I) have had nothing but an excellent experience. Out of the complexes we have lived in (3 Total) this was our best experience hands down. The office staff is kind and always happy to answer questions, and the maintenance staff very professional and friendly. The amentias are nice as well but with out the staff it would mean nothing. Even with new staff members the same level of excellence was always there! Choose the Trails if you are in between living situations. Sincerely, A Happy Former Tenant!

We fell in love with Trails as soon as we saw it, and Kenna is the nicest and most helpful property manager ever! The property is well maintained and clean. The amenities are great! Trails has events for the residents every month, and the complex is very pet friendly. I lived at the Trails at Timberline for year. It’s one of the most amazing experiences I’ve had living in an apartment complex.
