lived here for a year.. staff is great. these apartments are all inside like dorms and people slam doors all day. so if you want to sleep good luck. wood floors too so anyone above you sounds like theyre gonna fall through the ceiling. cheap construction. you were warned

I've had 3 maintenance requests in my 8 months..ALL 3 were done in less than 24 hours. I have zero worries as to when and if something is going to get done...Way to go Maintenance!!! Keep up the superior performance

I have lived at The Wyatt for about two years now. Originally, this apartment complex was a welcoming and a very warm place for me and many other tenants. Since new management has taken over many of my fellow tenants have left due to the unwelcoming new staff. The few remaining staff members from the original staff are still welcoming but the new management has really put a damper on the complex. This is no longer a welcoming place. A reason I picked this complex was the friendly atmosphere and the dog acceptance. As of late, the new management company appears to have shown distain for dogs and I find this revelation as a dog owner very troubling. As a complex that once welcomed dogs with open arms I find the new management’s attitude off putting.

I love it here! The office, maintenance, and janitorial staff are incredibly helpful and reliable, and the complex is beautiful. Every apartment has a great view, the neighbors are so friendly, and there are plenty of community events to socialize and connect with residents and staff alike! Not to mention, the 24/7 gym and valet trash are incredibly convenient, especially for a college student like me. While all the office staff are knowledgeable and genuine, Jeff in particular has made my transition to the complex as smooth as possible, and always resolves any issues I have! The complex is ideal for everyone, from college students to families, and I’m so happy to call this place home!
