LOVE LOVE LOVE!! I'm in college but I didn't want to live in a typical loud messy college apartment complex. I wanted something lowkey and this is perfect! Love the onsite dog park (I don't even have a dog but like to visit the pups for a serotonin boost lol) and the greenery and outside area. It's so nice to just relax on their patio area. Also, the office/ maintenance staff is absolutely incredible. Cheyenne & Jean are so informative and it's obvious they genuinely care about residents / want to resolve any issues. Also I absolutely love the events every month & my daily free coffee in the office.

Jean, the person who showed us a unit gave way more detail about the apartment then everyone else we toured an apartment with. Cheyenne is awesome at answering all questions you might have as well. The rooms are fine, but the soundproofing is extremely thin so any noise your neighbors make you can hear and vice versa. The company also loves to throw on additional fees so be prepared to spend at least 200-300 extra over your contract on rent each month.Marielle, thank you for letting us know that you are happy with your home in general.
