Villas at Huffmeister is the best apartment complex! The staff are friendly and maintenance fixes any issues I have in a timely manner. It is a quiet place to call home, with nice, spacious apartments. The pool is really pretty and decent sized, which is a plus.

I am a new resident to this property, and I must say that the customer service that I have recieved from the office staff and maintenance team, is by far the best in the area. Other than that, I have to brag about how amazing the upkeep is on the landscaping and the buildings entirely. I truly believe I will be here until I purchase my home. All in all, if you are in the market for an apartment, with a HOME-LIKE feel, and a beautiful exterior that you can be proud of, Villas at Hoffmeister is the place to be.

It’s impossible to get anyone at the leasing office on the phone. I literally have to walk in every time to receive service. I’ve even called while sitting in the lobby and watch them not doing anything, while not answering the phone. Its’s ridiculous. I just did a follow up call in reference to Manager Daniel response to my review. As explained above there is no answer.

it took almost 5 months in total to get this one request completed. I have complained about my washer not working correctly since the first week of March when I moved in , although I am thankful it is finally resolved I don’t understand why it took 5 months to fix.
