One of the best places to stay on cresent beach, apartments are very well equipped and very clean and comfortable… less than five minutes to walk to the beach…very close to friendly bars,food places and shops… seven minutes in the car to siesta key village

Been coming here with family for years. Nice condo style 1 or 2 story rooms to rent, five day minimum. Nice way to experience Siesta Key.

Shower doors fall off the track. It has been like this the last 2 years. Poor kitchen utensils. (Pots & pans etc.)

You're paying to have access to their private beach. Each unit is privately owned, so each is decorated differently. I have stayed in Unit 5 the last 4 years and always found a roach or three crawling around the utensil drawers and/or the oven. It's not the cleanest or the best decorated, but the view of the beach and Gulf is great.

I was there for four nights this past week. I can say we had no adverse effects from the tide. It remained well offshore that made our stay very pleasant without any odor.
