I have a love/hate relationship with this complex. My fiance and I have a 2 bedroom that is quite spacious, which I love. The dog park is nice and big, I can't hear my neighbors through the walls, they have food trucks come a lot, and the women in the office are great. The main reason we moved here is because it is closer to work for both of us. However, it is over priced for how outdated it is, and we are paying way more than what we thought we would be. Our old apartment complex was in a similar area in Houston; our unit was relatively the same square-footage as our current one here at LP, appliances were updated, all wood floors, had plenty of parking even for visitors, and trash valet. All this and it was still less expensive than LP. Another issue: the parking. My fiance and I both work a full-time job and have picked up part-time jobs just to be able to get by living here. So imagine my frustration when we finally get home to find absolutely no parking available (we didn't spring for the extra monthly fee of a reserved covered or garage parking- too expensive!). The vast majority of the parking is covered, which is nice if you can afford it. But there is no visitor regulation or vehicle limits per unit, so visitors can just park in any free space (theres isnt nearly as many as covered-obviously to grab as much money from you as possible) for however long, preventing people who actually pay to live here from parking inside the gate overnight most of the time. 90% of the time, I have to park outside of the gate overnight. I pay to live in a complex I can't even park in. There should be a limit on cars per unit, parking passes should be given out to renters when they register their vehicles with LP, and visitors cars should be gone by a certain time or they get towed. Simple. It has been that way in EVERY apartment complex I've ever lived in and this helps renters feel valued and safe. The company or owners that run the complex are capable of fixing this with all the money brought in. It's disappointing to pay so much and not even truly feel at home most of the time. I hope LP can change a few things to justify the price because, despite my frustration, it really has a lot of potential. There is always opportunity.

Just moved recently from Florida, I was nervous about getting into the right place to live until I walk into Legacy Pines and had a very pleasant welcoming. We rented a very nice and neat apartment 1/1. The leasing process was smooth and simple, they guided us in every detail. The property is wonderful, amenities and common areas are up to date and impecable. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for peace of mind and comfort at a very good price.

I have lived in this condominium since 2018, very quiet, very good attention from the staff, including maintenance service, clean and pleasant common areas, I recommend it 100%.

Not likely. The livingroom is tiny.
