I have large rodents inside the ceiling. I have an attic inlet in my closet and we sleep in fear that they will pry in. They have managed to pry one side of the attic cover in my closet. I have children and these rodents do all night and they happen to be quite large enough to cause sleepless nights as they scratch and tumble trying to break through to the unit. My kids are scared. I have made multiple maintenance request for them and they just close the request without explanation. I have requested they explain what they did that and why request was closed and received no response as to actions taken. I have giving due consideration for legal purposes and will move on to taking the next course of action because I don’t think it’s reasonable to pay almost 2k/month while living in fear of rodents, sleepless night being a night watch over the attic opening trying to protect my kids with a broom stick. This morning my kids said it feels like someone is living in our ceiling that’s how loud it is. This level of self entitlement to my money with no care in the world to provide the service for which u are paid is highly unethical and fraudulent. ~ A very displeased tenant.

I was not valued as a resident.... High price rent but cheaply built (very thin walls) Staff gossip with other residents... Roaches... They have rules but do not enforce them... Residents are inconvienced when something is not their fault... Petty staff... Overpriced water bill 💸💸💸 money down the drain!!! Security will allow your rims to be stolen... Intruders are allowed at the pool... Heavy weedsmokers... Lived below a domestic abuser for 1 year had to hear him beat his gf 4 nights out of the week reported it but nothing was done... Majority of the 5 star reviews are done by bots... After reading this you have been warned... Lastly shotout to maintenance they were the best😀
