My hair is platinum blonde temporarily so asked if they had any smaller size portions of toning conditioners. The manager asked me if I had any keratin in my hair. Then told her assistant at the register to ask all the customers if they have any keratin in there hair.

Only reason I could not give 5 stars was cause of my last visit. First, all the other visits I have had to the Sally's were amazing. The staff was friendly, well informed, and if I had questions they weren't bothered with answering them. My last visit was a little different. I got greeted when I came in as always, which was great. I'm guessing the person that was helping me was new so she didn't seem as knowledgeable as other people who have helped me which is understandable because she's new. So she has left and I had more questions and the lady arrived that helped me last time I think she's the manager but she just seemed a little annoyed about the questions I was asking and walked away a few times when I was still talking. She helped me last time though and she was amazing everybody has off days so that's why I'm still rating this store four stars. And the only other reason I have to give it four is because the new person that originally helped me her answers to the questions I asked contradicted the lady, I believe to be the manager, answers. The only reason I asked her again is because I was skeptical of the new girls answers. Like I said I get people are new and learning but for me if I don't know the answer to something that somebody is inquiring about I would ask somebody that knew because I wouldn't want to give the customer false information. In this case information that can mess with somebody's appearance. Just seems like in today's age people are so scared of not being able to answer a question that they'll just answer it maybe not having all the information instead of double checking with another teammate or manager just to make sure they're correct. However I do believe a part of that problem is people are always in such a rush and then people get mad when the employee wants to verify their answer before they give it to the customer or wants to ask the manager the answer so they don't give them wrong information. However if the crew does read these reviews I would just say if you were not 100% sure of the answer to somebody's question I would just ask the manager or another teammate. And if the manager is who I think she is she seems like she knows her stuff really well. When it came down to it, I was there probably almost 2 hours, which I didn't mind, I was looking at a lot of stuff! I was about to dye my hair and somebody else's so I spent over $200😁 This Sally's is amazing! IN today's age it's really hard to find a business where all the crew members and managers are always so welcoming and friendly. So do I get credit for writing this essay?! Lol😆❤️😁

I would call back on Monday and speak with mgmt. I am not sure about hrs but if posted 7 pm she should have let you shop. I know they used to close at 6 pm but, I thought hrs changed when they moved into commerce location. ☺
