Decent place nice and quiet at a decent price only things I would change is the back gate not being open & and the groundskeeping I feel things should be a little cleaner.

I’m jus going to sum it up. Loved there 2 + years. Bat infestation on back porch. (I have ten minute video) ants, roaches, spiders. Appliances broken and old. Apartment was falling apart. Theft from third floor patio with no access except from apartment, Kept raising my rent. Started at 988. For one bedroom: not even worth that.

Do not live here, place is old, everything is old inside the apartment, they don't replace anything. They just put bandaid on it. Sloppy and disgusting. They don't care about you, all they care about is profits, that's why everything is old and nasty. Once you sign the lease, you are nothing to them. They don't care if you leave, they make more money when new people move in because of the ridiculous sign up fees they charge. And do not bother to look at the model apartment, it will look nothing like the one you will be living in. Do not sign a lease until you actually see the one you will be living in or else you will end up with something nasty. Better yet, you should save your time and avoid this place all together.

The parent company is Blue Roc Premier LLC. They are based out of Tampa FL. They manage properties all over the state.
The office hours are as follows: Monday 9AM-6PM Tuesday 9AM-7AM Wednesday 9AM-6PM Thursday 9AM-6PM Friday 9AM-6PM And Saturday 10AM-5PM. They are closed on Sundays.

Hey there The park at via velento apartments owner. Maybe you should reread her post. She doesnt live there , but she brings her daughter there to visit. She clearly give the apartment number. These people pay good money no matter who makes the complaints it should be fixed. Its been a year since this was posted. Did you fix it yet?
