Griffins gas has exceptional personnel that treat you like family, regardless of how many times you call. We moved from out of state and began the process of getting a propane gas tank buried at the new home in Fernandina Beach. The process was smooth and easy even not being in Florida, all due to the folks at Griffins! Everything they said they would do was done! Griffins even worked with the contractor to lay and bury the gas line prior to driveway being completed. Mel who works the phones in service is an absolute pleasure to speak to! Always helpful and very accommodating. Chris, the tech who came out and measured was awesome in getting things done and working with the home builder. Michael, the hookup tech and Hazel, who buried the tank were exceptional and very resourceful! If you don’t go with Griffins Gas, you will make a big big mistake!!! Thank you Griffins!

I’ve been using Griffis for years. Today is the fourth time I have run out of gas. And they are supposed to be monitoring gas levels. Called emergency number and it’s been over 15 mins without a call back. Very disappointed and frustrated

Outstanding company. I had to fire Amerigas but found Griffis through a friend. Jacksonville based and professionally operated. Another great reason that supporting local businesses is good for the community.

Questions & Answers

Do you remove existing propane lines? I want to convert a propane fireplace to electric and fireplace hasn't been used in at least 10 years. I need the line that connects to the tank removed and sealed off I'm assuming.
