This review is based solely on my visit and apartment tour with Jabari. He was super kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I took his time breaking down all the details and answering my questions. It was so refreshing to not be rushed on a tour. Broadstone Vintage Park is absolutely beautiful. My impression was that the place is well maintained. The grass was green and cut. The pool was sparkling clean and the community spaces were beautiful and still looked new. It also did not hurt that snacks we're provided (make sure y'all open the fridge on the tour lol)! Anywho if you're looking for a place to rent, I definitely recommend Broadstone Vintage Park and make sure you ask for Jabari! HE IS THE BEST!!!

If you want to live in the ghetto then move here! The apartment complex is nice and the area is amazing, but the management has allowed this community to go down hill. The grass isn’t cut as often as it should be, the lounge space near the leasing office is typically unkept and dirty, the car wash station is always out of order, the gates are always “broke” and left open, and the noise disturbances are an everyday thing that you basically have to get used to because NOTHING IS DONE ABOUT THE COMPLAINTS. If you are considering moving here and you’d like to enjoy what you spend your honest earned money on, don’t. You’ll be miserable as you impatiently wait for your lease to end. This is a really nice apartment complex with even better features, but the management and all of the little minions running around the leasing office have ruined it. Most of the good reviews could be FAKE too so beware! All the leasing office agents do is sit at the computer responding to their 1 star Google reviews unprofessionally. Bored @$$es!
