Worked several shifts at this facility. Staff here is so uncivilized. Who disposes of isolation gowns in the common bathroom?! Big trash can full of isolation wear. (This explains the repeat Covid outbreaks). This should be in the soiled utility, not where staff uses the restroom. Male CNA with dreads that works on 3rd floor (11-7) sleeps all night and the charge nurses allow it!! To be a rehab unit, you must demand better!!

Intelligent Disobedience

My mom stayed at this facility and the service she received was A1. The care was great, the staff was great and her nurse Arlean was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone needing rehab care. My mom really enjoyed herself and benefited from her stay.

My father was admitted here last Friday. So far the staff on the 2nd floor has been wonderful. Elizabeth, Vicky, Karen, Maria, Bruce & Chris have been amazing with the care of my father. I wish I knew the names of the other gals there, THANK YOU for being Kind and for all you do.
