Look I understand that some of the employees had a really tough time with management however I think most of the people that I was there with were fantastic I really have no one to complain about. Thank God for people like you because after being in a nursing home at only 50 years old I realize that you either cut out for the job or you’re not. And there is no way that I could do what you all do. So to that I say thank you.

My brother was sent here just to get his strength back and get back to walking with his walker after his recovery from Covid. He was there 5 days and my family could tell that he was not being cared for the way he should be. By day 10 we found a new facility with excellent care. He was up and walking within 3 days. I would never even consider sending anyone to Crossroads, not even my dog. I did not want to give this place any stars but I couldn’t post this without 1.

First of all they need more staffing, certified nursing assistant's at lease 3 to 4 per hall the reasoning behind that is incase of a emergency or a dementia patient trying to make a run for it I think they could use more registered nurse's per hall. All of the staff are vary kind and compassionate. Brandon is vary good at what he does as a med tech Cody, Josh, Joey, Tristian, Abby, Anastasia, Breanna, Kim, Mel, Sheryl, Natasha, Tim, Amy, Sarah, Hope, Emily, Erica, David, Racheal, Maddie, gabby, Justine, many other others are special in their only way. the therapy program is vary good in my opinion.

Fancy The Present

After being in 2 different care centers in the Beaver Dam area, I'm so glad my mother and I discovered Crossroads in Mayville. The staff communication, zoom call set-ups, and the accommodations were GREAT. Being that I'm 1200 miles away, the staff were extremely helpful and put my mind and heart at ease. I would highly recommend Crossroads in Mayville for your parents, family members and loved ones!
