I arrived yesterday ,all of the staff have been very kind and have time for questions. I arrived just after lunch and when they asked if I had my lunch today I said no and I understood and brought snacks. They had hot vegetables a fruit plate of blackberries and strawberries and a salad for me in record time. Yes bells go off and some residents are characters …we are at a facility taking care of elderly people who cannot be on their own. My grandmother was here for years in the 1980’s and they were wonderful to her while she was alive. I feel very thankful for being in a great environment and I was lucky with a window bed

VERY RUDE ADMINISTRATOR. SHE WAS THE WORST. I ASKED HER ABOUT SOME CONCERNS ABOUT MY MOM AND HER ANSWERS WHERE WEIRD AND RUDE. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS JUST TAKING MONEY. THE WORST ADMINISTRATOR EVER

My sister has been here for a few months now. She went through the physical therapy and is now in long term care, and I think she likes it and I think the staff is wonderful and attentive. I have never seen anything to complain about! : ) I think you or your loved one will be in caring hands here.
