This past weekend October the 22nd my 76 year old father broke down about 10:30pm the towe truck pulled him on the Firestone lot thinking it would be safe as he had to sleep in it all night. The next morning Firestone said they didn't have a tech to fix his truck. And they wanted him óff the lot. That was ok.but he ask if he could get a cup of coffee they said no he would need to to go somewhere else. Will somewhere else was 1 1/2 miles he walked to get it.. Later that day my husband drove 8hrs to pick up his truck and bring him home. Needless to say in trying to pull the truck up on the lowboy he was severely hurt and is now in hospital fighting for his life. Thank you Firestone for the cup of coffee.

I always get the road hazard package on a new tire. You never know when there might be a random nail, screw, or other piece of metal on the road.

Update 8/20/20 New manager!! Outstanding service! Very professional and service oriented. 100% change from last visit! I drive a fleet truck, so I am stuck with Firestone. Went in for a new tire, as I had a blowout. Waited for 6 hours, for the tire delivery truck to get there. 20 minutes before they close, I go in the back of the store to search tire inventory. Takes me about 45 seconds to find my tire!! It was there the whole time!! Gateway Tire, here I come.
