Where to start… my lock actuator wasn’t working so I brought my truck back here, where I bought it, for warranty work… After breaking my door cable, and disabling my auto-fold mirrors, my auto up/ down for my window, and taking a chunk out of my tint, it took them just shy of a month if not over, to finally fix the actuator model that we told them was probably the problem in the first place. This is after my truck has been there for a solid week and I’m in a tiny loaner that barely goes over 40 mph and seemed like it was going to fall apart at any minute… so after all that, my lock actuator is fix…. BUT MY WINDOW STILL DOESN’T WORK! I picked my truck up after hours so of course there is no one to talk to so I tried to leave a message but, at no surprise, their voicemail system is disabled. I was thinking maybe talking to the service manager would help get to the bottom of this, but nah, because I’ve been trying to get ahold of him the entire time. I was told, face to face, that he was in the building physically working on my truck, so I said I’m going to go talk with him, and then suddenly he wasn’t in the building at all and no one knew when or if he’d be back. So I guess they’ll be hearing from me again tomorrow morning. I guess on the plus side they greet me by name any time the see my number pop up on the caller ID now. 🤦‍♀️ Maybe one day the service manager or the general manager or the owner, will call me back though… but I’m not holding my breath. Needless to say, I will not be coming back here for anything, service, purchasing, anything, even though I’ve purchased 4 vehicles from here… P.S… sorry Scott P.S.S… not really

We had an issue not being able shift the car into gear. The handle would move, but not engage allowing the car to move. The tow sent by AAA arrived and the gentleman knew what the issue was immediately. We took to Matt Blatt and the driver explained the situation. I thought... TRANSMISSION EQUALS MUCHO DINERO... Thousands. When they examined the car, they told me it wasn't the transmission, but the cable (was the original of the 2007 car, yep it still runs fantastically) which could be replaced and the cost of new cable and installation, which was extensive, was ALOT less than what I thought it would be. They did a great job, communicated with me regarding other issues they came across. They did not pressure me at all like many places, and charged fair prices. I ended up choosing to get one other issue taken care of (an issue I knew had to be taken care of in the very near future). I would recommend them to you and will definitely take my vehicle there for other work. THANK YOU FOR DOING A GREAT JOB.

I had spark plugs put in a Honda pilot. Service was friendly and efficient. If you live in the area its a good place for your car to be serviced.
