Expect about 75-90 minutes for a tire change, even with an appointment. There appears to be three stations: two for check-in: one for appointments, one for walk-ins, and one for check-out. But, with only one person for all three stations plus the phone, everyone goes into one line and it can be 10-20 minutes just to check in. After that, everything was great. I got a call from the service tech verifying that I was replacing run-flat tires with standard tires before he mounted them as normally the make of my vehicle came with run-flats. I really appreciated that extra step of looking out for the customer's best interest. About an hour after that came the call that the car was ready. Four new tires and the spare was topped up for me. Check-out was a breeze. There were no additional charges or fees; what I had already prepaid for the tires, mount, and balance was it. I was handed my receipt and warranty, walked over to the service bay and was on the highway in under five minutes.
