I dropped my company’s fleet vehicle off at 7:30 AM it’s now 1:40pm I called to check on the vehicle and they said it has not been looked at and “they plan” to pull it into the bay soon. Only reason I came here was because the corporate account. 😡😡😡

Great, they fixed my tire (had a nail in it) they got it patched up and sent me on my way. For best results, schedule an appointment. I did mine the night before and got a perfect spot at 10AM the next day.

Went online and made an appointment for 6:30PM at 12:30PM and they emailed me and told me I had to reschedule not a phone call. So I Went back online to reschedule and the 6:30 PM time slot was still available so I picked 5:30PM this time and it told me I couldn’t schedule because I already had an appointment so I showed up at 6 to give them some extra time and the man working the front desk said he didn’t have time because they closed at 7 I let him know I made the appointment online and he said it will always show every time of the day that is available even if it’s not so WHY TF DO THEY HAVE AN ONLINE APPOINTMENT SYSTEM After that I wasn’t able to use this business or try out any of their services because they had technicians standing all over the place chit chatting and laughing while every stall had a car in it with no one working so I decided to go down the street and I gave my business to the competition and I then gladly gave them my money :)
