This place is horrible. I purchased the lifetime unlimited tire alignment from Firestone and bought a tire from them about a year ago. So, naturally I take my car there for tire rotation and alignment every 5000 miles. I made two appointments with them, and they cancelled both and told me to just walk in. So, on October 16, 2022, at 9am I took my car to get a tire rotation, alignment and possibly replace all 4 tires because I possibly had a nail in tire or an issue with one of the tires, I would replace them all. I told this to the agent at 9:08am that morning. They called me at 5pm and tell me that my car was ready. I informed them did they check the tire to see what was wrong with it and he said no. When they checked the tire, they found a nail in the tire and where they claim someone stab the tire. But not possible because of the location of the tire and it was in thread beside the nail. They probably stab the tire. So, by the time he called back they was closing so I couldn’t get price of new tires. So spoke with a gentleman the next morning October 17, 2022, to get pricing on tires and by 11am I decided to get tires from them and the tires I was purchasing was Bridgestone tires that he clearly stated was in stock and they would have my car ready between 3:30-4:00 pm. I made it to the store at 5 pm to pick up. I was told that my car was not ready and wouldn’t be ready until the next business day. This was not acceptable because they promised it would be ready, the lady (service manager) told me I could take my car and take it somewhere else. Not acceptable. Never send business away. So, they changed it and said it would be ready before 7 pm. I left and came back at 5:30pm and sat in the lobby waiting. At 6 pm the man came out and said they don’t have the tires in stock and told me they were putting my original tires back on and would bring my keys.

I'll never go back. Tried to get me to buy new expensive tires where mine are not very worn. I bought a kit at the auto parts store and fixed the nail hole myself. Still riding on it.

Bought a set if tires for my wife's car, great service and price! Busy store but a dependable choice! Bought another set of tires for my work vehicle and as usual great price and wonderful people to work with!

Not able to get to my vehicle in the morning. Slammed but instructed to return that afternoon. They'd be able to fit me in before closing. Did but the individual that was at the desk had changed. This individual refused and declined checking. Told to come back tomorrow. I'd last purchased a new set of Firestone tires that weren't from their lowest performing grade/tier. Yet, they didn't hold up for 30K miles. Firestone tires have a treadwear problem. Ford has even had to break with them because of the problem(s) with the tires they'd outfitted Ford Explorers with. I'll never buy another set of Japanese owned Firestone tires

Well other than the fact that they scratched my Camaro SS wheels after we specifically asked them to be careful because those aren't cheap, Tina the manager was super nice tho
