Got an oil change a week before getting another service done on my car. Found out the guys that do the oil changes, don't check all fluids and top them off. Pushed the lever to use windshield wiper fluid and the light came on indicating it's low. Poured almost a fluid bottle of fluid in and it was still not enough to fill it. Called finishline to let em know what happened. The person I spoke said they always check everything. Well this time they didn't. Update: Matt made sure everything was topped off this time.

Fast, efficient and courteous! Since new owners are in place, prices have gotten way out of line! Over $1000 for a common brake job is really hard to swallow! That's going to be the last time any of my vehicles will be worked on there

Just moving to Justin, I wasn't sure who to use. Finishline was recommended to me by Johanna of Allstate. I was impressed with their staff as they were steady moving. I also spoke with Carlos to do other repairs i will need and he stated he's more than happy to help whenever I'm ready. Thank you Finishline for welcoming me to my new home town.

These guys saved the day for us, we had a flat on our way to work and they were on our way to the job site. We didn't know the area and found them on Google, thank goodness we did because right when we pulled in we were meet by an employee and he was so nice. Fixed our tire in probably 10 minutes and no charge! They helped get to our job site quick... We will definitely be coming here again! The manager came out personally also to meet us and make sure we were taken care of. Awesome place!! 🤘

Totally understand you being irate. I would be to as well. Just remember it's a mom and pop business and some kid forgot to tighten the filter down.. Maybe you should contact the management directly instead of posting a comment like this on the internet for the public to see.. One persons stupid mistake should not have such a dramatic effect on their business.
