Delays, but usually good service.

I’ve been coming here for 8 years now and slowly things have been getting worse. - I dropped the car off at 8am for an 8:45am appointment and did not hear back at all from anyone. I called around 2pm to check-in and no one was able to give me an update other than the car would be kept overnight since there was no one available to approve it. - I got a call the next day with someone telling me there is a hole in the exhaust which was confusing because I had already told someone that the exhaust came off which is what was causing the problem, I more so wanted a quote for how much it would be to get it fixed. When I asked for clarification for where there was a hole none was give. I told them I knew the exhaust came off and that's why I brought it in and they changed their answer that the hole just meant that it was off. Didn't make sense. When asked what would cause that to happen they said it's unknown. I went somewhere else for a second opinion and they were able to tell me it had rusted off. - I was charged $161 for no work to be done and no new information to be given to me. - they are good for regular maintenance and oil changes, but any issues your car is having outside of regular maintenance they haven’t been great with.

This service center always treats folks well. They are extremely professional. My service advisor Cameron always has an upbeat demeanor also. I always learn something new from Cameron also..

Time judgment is very off. Came for car maintenance at 2 pm , which they said will take 1:20min .didn’t get my car until 4;37.

There are lots of things you can do to prepare your vehicle! First, you should have your tires, battery, and brakes inspected so you can drive safely on snowy or icy roads. It is also important to replace your washer fluid and engine antifreeze to prevent any freezing inside your vehicle. In a worst case scenario, it's also important to keep a roadside safety kit in your car! For more information or help with these services, contact our team today.
The quick answer is once or twice a year. However, different factors can affect your wiper blades, like strong winds, heavy rain, debris, and even sun exposure. Contact us if you're looking to have your vehicle's blades replaced!
