A group of us were planning to go for my Dad’s 60th birthday and he wasn’t feeling well early in the week and tested positive for COVID. We obviously wanted to reschedule but they charged us $25 to change it! My sister rescheduled it for the following weekend but he’s still testing positive and with 2 little kids, we’re not going near him until he tests negative so we’re not able to go then either but they want to charge us another $25 to change it. The tickets are already $33/person and it’s no one’s fault that he was I’ll and we needed to reschedule. It’s distasteful to charge for this and truthfully, I don’t want to even go and support this business but they won’t refund us our tickets. Would you rather we came with COVID????? Anyone want to buy 6 tickets to go Nov. 5th????

However, if you need seating in a game that doesn’t already have it or additional seating, we have chairs that can easily be placed in the game for you! Yes you do, you can book on the website or over the phone. They do not accept walk ins at any time.
Expedition escape has a few different difficulties to choose from and the people there are great at suggesting what would be appropriate for specific age groups. They will have a great time. I've gone 3 times now and it's always a good time. I have seen many different age groups there.
Hi E! Great question! It completely depends on which locations and game you’re playing! Most of our rooms can hold up to 10 people each, while a few can only hold up to 8 people. You can easily see that info right on our website! Just go to www.expeditionescape.com, click escape rooms, choose which location you’ll be playing at, and each room will have a breakdown of the number of people we recommend and the maximum allowed. They don't put parties together unless you ask . Depending on the ages of the children, you may want to add a couple more people. We had 6 adults for the List, made it out with 8 minutes to go. The Christmas room was our first and we made it with seconds to spare. Fun activity!
