It's a terrible place very low staff and administration that doesn't even answer their phones
Smoking outside in designated areas. Most rooms have 2 patients per room at all times, unless you private pay (all out of pocket), and request a private room. The channel of communication stops with the office people, and does not get passed down to the nursing staff who really need the information. Food is bad, people are ignored, some staff would rather play in their phones while call lights are on. Only plus is that there are hard working nurses who do not receive the recognition they deaerve
My mother-in-law loves living there. She says the food is good, staff are helpful and caring, lots of activities to do daily. Makes us happy that she's happy. Rooms have 2 beds with privacy curtain between them. And there is a designated smoking area.
