This is a terrible place, their customer service is the worst. My father just passed from the lack of care they gave him. They treat people with insignificant disregards. I am so upset with this organization. They should be rated as a 0, never trust them with the care of your love ones..... So upset!!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This place is horrible! The managment is poor.This place have the most incompetent staff ever. I do not see how this nursing facility is still open. Trust me I know I use to work there! This is by far thee worst of the worst Aperion cares, and needs to be shut down. Do not place your loved one there please..All they care about is the money that Medicare and Medicaid is paying them. Short staff, and I mean short staff. Some of the nurses don’t care, most of the cnas don’t care just there for their 90 day pay of 25 a hour. this place is FILTHY and ghetto to say the least ,I heard of some nasty nursing homes but I actually witnessed this horrific ordeal, I saw bedbugs, massive amount of roaches literally crawling on the dining room tables during mealtimes and mice running around, some lying dead on the floor.If you want to live don't come here. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!
