Symphony Chicago West has got to be the worst nursing facility in all of Chicago. The nurses treat residents or patients, whatever word you choose, it's a pay check, checking bags! They talk to you like you're less than human, and the ones who aren't able to care for themselves, are treated less!!! I've witnessed OD's, patient neglect, and Nurses not showing up for work! Patients that are bedridden are treated the worse! No one seems to care, and it's ok if they act like it, everyone is aware of what's going on, but no one attempts to make a change! If anyone has relatives that's there, check on your loved ones, if not continue to allow them to be misused @

Was hired by Pam A her click didt like me. Cierra, Anna and the rest of the click ran me out. GOD WILL PROVIDE!!! THE CLICK RUN THAT PLACE!!!! THE BELL RING RESIDENTS ASKING FOR HELP. NURSES AND CNA'S TALKING IN NURSE STATION. PAM ALSO HIRED HER COLLEGE BUDDY OF COURSE SHE WAS ACCEPTED IN THE CLICK. WAS I TO OLD NEVER TO BE ACCEPTED IN THE CLICK? WERE THEY INTIMIDATED BY MY EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS ? DID THEY HAVE MOTHER ISSUES??? I WANTED STABILITY TO COME TO WORK GET PAID DOING WHAT I LOVED AND ENJOY. HELPING GOD'S PEOPLE. SO SAD FOR THE RESIDENTS OF SYMPHONY WEST Chicago !!!! WHERE IS THE STATE OR Administrator TO MONITOR THIS PLACE. WHERE IS Corporate? SO SAD!!!! RESIDENTS LAY IN BED NEVER GETTING OUT TO EXERCISE THEY LAY HELPLESS IN THEIR MESS UNTIL THEY DECIDE TO HELP THE POOR SOULS!!!
