Perfectly average hotel experience. Check in was easy and the staff didn't talk my ear off about all their amenities, they simply gave my a paper with the info and room key. Beds were good, shower was nice and hot, and my room was surprisingly soundproof compared to other hotels I've stayed at. My room could have used a few upgrades though. The window curtains did a horrible job blocking the morning sunlight. Tv could be bigger too. Overall I had a good experience but it didn't blow my socks off either.

This stay was okay although I forgot a personal item behind when I noticed i had left it there I called back which was less than an hour after leaving the hotel before check out time still, I call and let them know they said I can go back and look for it. I drove back to the hotel and the lady at the reception made me wait 20 minutes until “her colleague came back from the bathroom” because apparently the person I called is the only one who could help us. After waiting for someone to simply let me up the to the room I looked around but the room had already been cleaned, the housekeeper was still there and I had asked her about the item and she said she found it and dropped it off at the reception area. I go back downstairs and they said they don’t have anything and refuse to provide any further help. The 2 ladies at the reception were very unhelpful, bothered by our presence and unprofessional.

I pretty much live at this hotel due to work. it's allways been good 2 us. Lots of great restaurants within a 10min radius. Only gripe is the breakfast biscuits with no gravy what am I supposed to do with a dry biscuit. other then that this hotel is great its clean the staff is nice.

Positive: The beds were absolutely wonderful and amazing. Very comfortable. Negative: Pool very small and not monitored. Two adults smoking; an infant in a regular diaper instead of a swim diaper. The breakfast buffet was ok but underwhelming. Clogged drain in the bathtub of our room.
