Jason was very polite with helping us out and getting us taken care of! ETA: 1 hour later after leaving this 5 star review I am editing it and changing to 1 star,if I could do zero i would. Jason working the front was awesome, I won't change that. But I picked my jeep up to my windshield shattered,my light bar stretched off on both sides,the wiring to the light bar ripped out. All they say is they cant cover "add ons". Last time I checked the windshield was a part of any vehicle. When I dropped my jeep off it was super dirty,we did hit some mud holes. They made us aware of the $10 fee and we were fine with that but they ask you to do a review for a discount before you ever pick your vehicle up. We got the top package plus the $10 fee. The jeep still had mud on the outside. Do not recommend.

As with any business, success lies in the employees you hire. I have never had a better oil change tech than the one at this superstar car wash. He’s noticed things in my vehicle that were above and beyond the required inspection points. On the car washed side Francisco and Oscar have been courteous and helpful. When employees give bare minimum service and attention, you don’t leave happy as a customer. Kindness goes a long way. Good job guys! As far as the prices, those are ridiculous! The increases have been dramatic. We are all feeling the affects of the economy and it would be helpful if management gave some kind of “heads up.” Within months, an extra I like to add to my car wash went from $3, to $5 and then $10 last week. When my budget gets tighter & some trimming is in order, this will definitely be cut out. Remember the effects of the recession & pandemic?

Tried this place out on the recommendation of a friend for detailing. First time and man I will be back. They did let me know in advance that I would need to leave the car most of the day since it was a full detail. But it was worth it. Looked great inside and out. The console and dash and leather looked as good as new. Highly recommend them. Ask for Franscisco or Brandon. Both were great to work with and really pay attention to the little details.
