The staff is very nice and professional. I turned down my bed and found crumbs in it. The clerk immediately got me moved to another room. The manager had a problem with me making a complaint about it and was disrespectful, rude and didn't want to listen to me. The breakfast was good. Overall the hotel was nice.

This is my go to hotel when I visit. The staff is super friendly from the front desk to the maintenance and house keepers. Very clean! Great location close to stores and restaurants. Will be back!

Place is very nice on all fonts except 2 which is why I have given a 3. First Is personal service. Everyone is very nice and does their job but there is no personal service. For example, they do not offer any rides to the airport which is less than 10 miles out. So a reserved Uber is 60 dollars considering luggage. They will not even bring a luggage cart to your room. Was told they don't do that. This may be snobby but for 350 a night, a price that was raised when we got to the hotel after a canceled flight, and they were booking fast, you would think they would offer some help. So that brings me to the second reason which is price. With no other benefits other than the nice building itself we spent 600 for 36 hours of "figure it out yourself" said very politely though. At this cost, it is not a 5 star or what I expect of a 5 star paying this much

Highly recommend. We had to leave another hotel we had booked for 4 days because we discovered bed bugs after first day. (Extended stay America, don't stay there) They said they would refund us but that could take 3-5 business days. So as a result almost all of our credit card balance was tied up in that fiasco. Called here and explained our plight to Tommy at the front desk and he was able to get us a couple discounts to get us a room on short notice for the night with the remaining balance we had left on our credit card. Super helpful, super nice. The room was immaculate and comfortable. We definitely will be coming here when in the area from now on. Highly recommend and Tommy was a rockstar to help us out and save us a three hour drive home in the dark. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
