I have lived in Gilbert for 25 years. I am a frequent customer to this establishment all is usually well until today. Mr. Sanjay the owner accused me of erasing the lines of the water cards. I explained to him I'm not that type of person I fear God. I would never risk my soul for a $14 card. I wish him and his family the best. However, this is not how customers should be treated.

Never been here but people really should not give bad reviews at a water and ice store. It's frivolous. It's water it's ice. It's a small business. Review can make or break a small business. So be kind and over look the floaties and wait a few more minutes or go to a water dispenser over at the convenience store. I hear they have good ice cream 🍦

Normally no issues, today I saw a note on the door saying they'd be back in 15 minutes. Waited 30 minute's and when no one returned to the store I left. They lost my business. Won't be back to this location ever again.

I don't know if this is a real franchise all the other ones I've been in are nice with local water sold and in smaller bottles. It's also run down in there not nice at all like the other water and ice. I didn't buy anything as it looked substandard and not clean.
