I came by this location looking for some items in the Tech department. Couldn’t locate an employee right away but it was a bit late in the evening and not as busy, I am sure there were not as many employees on the clock at this time. No biggie. Once a sales person came by she quickly located another employee that works in the Tech who helped me find the items I was looking for. He actually helped me save a few bucks by showing me different options and the product benefits/prices. Sorry, I didn’t catch the names.

I just got done with a return here, and I must say it was a lot of stuff that I returned. I worked with Laura and she was so patient with me and reassured me that it was okay. I’ve always had good run ins at this target with their employees!

Ordered item online for store pickup. Arrived at store and the item was a different model than what I purchased online. Was told that was the only one that they had even though online it said differently. I had to drive another 12 miles 24 round trip to get the item from another target all for what was supposed top be a simple online pickup in store item.

This store is always very clean and organized, yes there is the occasional miss placed item, but I chalk that up to other guests just ditching an item in a random spot. The staff has always been super polite to me. I’ve always had such a great experience here and the team members are so kind and helpful. This is one of the nicest stores I’ve ever been too.
