He is best music store in my little town and has always been very friendly guy with piano was probably rude to him he special ordered my Dr Drop A tune 7string sets and strings and parts for my guitars, prices way better than guitar center or Portmans, Toby only thing make your store perfect get some extended range guitars in stock at least 7 strings and baritones hint hint 🤘🤙😁 just purchased my first 6 string in years from toby Dean Md 24 it's awesome strings from factory of course sucked but guitar plays pretty good straight out of box quite happy with it 🤘

Tried to sell a piano through this business. The condescending boomer argued with me that my keys weren’t weighted, even though a simple search online, or the instruction manual in my hands at the time would challenge his expertise. Rather than telling me how much I was hoping to sell it for was unreasonable, he just hung up on me instead. I would have gladly been talked down to something more reasonable for him had he made any effort to be professional, because I really just need to get rid of it and I told him I didn’t know how much to sell it for (I was practically giving him the opportunity to tell me how much he’d pay, which we probably would have gotten to had he not hung up on me) I’d suggest wasting the gas to drive to Augusta if you want to receive decent service.
