On 9/13/22, I visited Jim Hudson Lexus. Mr. Christian Jackson, greeted me when I walked into the dealership. He listen to me and asked me what typed of vehicle I wanted to buy. I told him a SUV. He was professional, friendly, kind, and attentive. He assisted me from the beginning that I walked in and at end when I signed my contract. I was surprised when I received a gift bag and he took a photo of me , standing by my new SUV! 😃 This act of kindness meant so much to me! I chose a beautiful SUV! 🙂 I’m glad that he was the young man that greeted me on that day. I see 5 stars on your survey. Truly, Mr. Christian deserves 10 stars. By, his character I see that Mr. Christian likes his profession. Importantly, he likes his clients as well. Again, thank you Mr. Christian Jackson!🖐🏾🙏🏾🙂 I purchased a new vehicle. I visited Jim Hudson/Lexus to have a wireless car key programmed and car washed. Also, Ms. Robin helped me with my Apple Auto Play . She’s knowledgeable and patience with her clients. You don't want to work in the service dept. Management actually took the stones off of the brake lathe and expected you to keep your own set for some convoluted reason. Barry is psycho! I once brought to his attention a discrepancy in my paycheck, where I was not paid for flat rate hours of work that I did, he told me "better luck next time", instead of attempting to fix my paycheck. Stay far away if you have even the slightest shred of self-respect.

The staff is very accommodating and super friendly. We drove over 7 hours just to purchase my Lexus here. Brian is a great salesman. He had everything prepared for when we got there to buy our new car so the process was very simple.
