I'm standing in the bank right now, there's literally no other customers in the bank, there is about seven different employees that I can see from where I'm at right now, and nobody is available to help me open up a new account. They are telling me that no one at this bank can help me until almost 2 weeks from now. Miserable employees, if you hate your job that much, quit.

Every time I walk into this location (lived nearby for 15 years) I have to wait for whatever it is I’m there for. The customer service at this location sucks. It seems like they are always short handed as you will have to wait or be asked to come back another time to do any type of banking. Even using the teller it seems like it takes a while for anyone to ask if you need help. The drive thru is even worse. I think they have one person who does both the inside and drive thru teller. I usually go to other locations further from home because I know this one will always take me longer.

Excellent service! In and out so quickly, the tellers were very nice. The layout is much different than other chases, but after the initial disorientation it was good. The transaction was so quick, and there was no one in line. I’m so happy with my service here.

Went in yesterday to open an account around 5:35pm and was told the banker wanted/ needed to leave at 6 today so they wouldn't be able to help. This branch is a joke this isnt the first bad encounter I've had here.
