I received exceptional customer service at the Gilbert Road location. I had forgotten my wallet with ID and bank card the teller was nice enough to get my Apple Pay and my Wells Fargo card linked together so I was able to make my withdrawal. Instead of making me turn around to go get my wallet he offered to assist me in my transaction. Great customer service!!! A+++

Worst customer service ever. They wouldn’t let my wife withdrawal money because she didn’t have her debit card with her. But she had her ID and other forms of ID. Today I walked in with my Apple air pods and the young 18 year old teller told me she couldn’t help me due to security reasons because my phone was open and they are confidential. In my 17 years of banking at Wells Fargo no one has ever came up with that BS. Whole bunch of low life’s high school graduates.

The best banking service we have had in a long time. Jenna took great care of us, spending several hours with us over a three day period. We setup several corporate and personal accounts and she took us step by step through getting our online accounts activated. Knowing that we were new to town, Jenna took the time to make recommendations for many other non-banking services. It's great to know excellent customer service still exists!!
